Rescue Girls

Safe shelter, protection, mentorship and an Alternative Rite of Passage for girls escaping FGM or forced marriage.

Every year, adolescent girls in Kuria and Maasai communities face pressure to undergo FGM/C. Through the rescue centre, HOPE provides temporary safe shelter, care, confidence-building, mentorship, life-skills training and a culturally respectful Alternative Rite of Passage.
